This was an eBay purchase out of the US. I purchased this manual for fixing and upgrading my IHC M style. I have three. A 1.5, 3, and a 6hp engine. These are all from the period when IHC did the changeover from ignitor to spark plug. This happened in 1921. These engines (except the 6 hp) still have the ignitor plugs but the factory has installed spark plug adaptors and the side plates are definitely converted to Wico mag.
